Savor the Sweetness Catering Co. was founded and built by a young entrepreneur and a West Philadelphia Native, by the name of Ashlee Van Brunt. Ashlee has always had a love and a passion for food. So, at the age of 17, she attended Johnson & Wales University, in Providence Rhode Island, where she studied Culinary Arts and Food and Beverage Management. She later went on to further her education and received a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management, Catering Management, as well as Baking and Pastry Arts.
Ashlee quickly built an audience with her tasty meals and treats, especially around the holiday seasons. So, Savor the Sweetness Catering Co. was launched officially in March of 2020.
During the Pandemic, Ashlee became a Certified Event Planner as well as a Mixologist. She also received and certification in Nutrition.
May of that same year, Ashlee wrote and self-published her 1st cookbook; The Foodie Hacks Cookbook: A modern day cookbook.
Her ultimate dream is to open a restaurant as well as a food truck, so she can continue to share her love of food with others and wow tastebuds all throughout the tri-state area!
